Extendable trailers guide

AEW Fight Forever release date, trailers, gameplay and more

All Elite Wrestling finally enters the virtual ring with AEW Fight Forever, the promotion’s first console game of 2019 taking on the longtime WWE titan. With a roster featuring some of the hottest talent in the sport right now, fans can’t wait for more info on AEW Fight Forever’s release date – and everything else about the game for that matter.

With Yuke at the helm, a developer known for his work on all WWE games prior to 2018, fans are expecting a return to form when it comes to fast-paced, action-packed wrestling games. However, we won’t know for sure if Yuke has managed to live up to the hype around this title until we get to AEW Fight Forever’s release date and play the game by ourselves- same.

So, with that in mind, let’s take a look at everything we know about when AEW Fight Forever will actually release and what we can expect from this new fighting game franchise.

AEW Fight Forever release date

At the moment, we don’t have a specific release date for this game. However, RealSport101 reports that the release date for AEW Fight Forever is set for September 2022 – according to a recent report from Fightful Select.

This, however, is unconfirmed and the information should be taken with a grain of salt until we know more.

AEW Fight Forever trailers and gameplay

Ahead of the release date announcement, AEW Games released two new dev update trailers for AEW Fight Forever. These confirm that Kris Statlander and Nyla Rose will be on the game’s roster and feature some very early gameplay footage.

You can check out Kris Statlander’s trailer below:

We know the gameplay footage isn’t final, but AEW Fight Forever falls far short of the graphical fidelity of 2K’s recent WWE games – for now, anyway.

We’ll keep this guide updated with all relevant information, but it might take another time.
