North Carolina-based SylvanSport has designed a spacious camping trailer for the serious on-the-go traveler. The SylvanSport GO is a collapsible aluminum structure that includes storage space and offers multiple dining and sleeping options.
The multi-purpose motorhome contains four main pieces of infrastructure: a storage box, an equipment rack, an equipment bridge and a tent module. The roof rack system can hold kayaks and bicycles weighing up to 165 lbs (75 kg). The Equipment Deck can also hold gear, as well as additional items such as coolers and suitcases and has a maximum load capacity of 960 lbs (435 kg).
The GO does not overlook sleeping arrangements. A waterproof tent spawns and unfolds to form configurable sleeping components. Two travelers can sleep on separate twin beds with space to move between them or can convert the entire interior of the tent into a singular king-size bed. At mealtimes, travelers can pull down a table hanging from the top of the tent.
Designed to be lightweight, SylvanSport points out that the GO lends itself to a smooth ride thanks to its cast aluminum axles and wheels, which reduce bouncing and bumping.
SylvanSport is currently accepting orders for Summer 2022. The GO Camper Trailer is priced at US$10,995 and offers add-ons at additional cost, such as a camper cover and hanging organizer.
