The arch of the entertainment district of demon slayer ended with the second season of the anime, but luckily it was confirmed that the series will return for a full third season in the future. Although no official release information has yet been revealed for the new episodes, it has been confirmed that the third season will take on the Swordsmith Village arc which follows the Entertainment District Arc from Koyoharu Gotouge’s original manga series. This also means new Hashira joining the fight this time around.

The second season of the series introduced a whole new level in the kinds of fights that Tanjiro Kamado and the others were ready for, and the third season is going to take those threats even higher as now the upper ranks won’t be holding back.
