Endo and Kobayashi Live! Slated for January 2023 release, trailer and more

The Endo and Kobayashi Live! The latest news on Tsundere Villainess Lieselotte The anime adaptation will air in January 2023, a new update has revealed. A trailer and a visual, of which the latter has two versions, have also been released.

Fumihiro Yoshimura (Katchikeneh!) runs the show with Tomoko Konparu (I like to play everything) as series composer and Miyuki Katayama (Mobile Suit Gundam Story character animation director) as a character designer. Tatsuhiko Saiki, Natsumi Tabuchi, Sayaka Aoki, Junko Nakajimaand Kanade Sakuma compose the music, while Tezuka Productions is producing.

Meanwhile, the cast has been revealed to include Tomori Kusunoki like Lieselotte Riefenstahl, Yuichi Nakamura like Siegwald Fitzenhagen, Kaito Ishikawa like Endo Aoto, Kana Hanazawa like Kobayashi Shihono, and Miyu Tomita like Fiene.

Endo and Kobayashi live! The latest news on Tsundere Villainess Lieselotte started in 2019 and has two volumes. It is written by Suzu Enoshima and illustrated by Eihi. The light novels are published under the KADOKAWA BOOKS label. The manga adaptation of Rumiwo Sakaki also started in 2019 and has four tankoubon volumes on December 27, 2021.

J-Novel Club describes the story as follows:

One day, Crown Prince Sieg hears the voices of the gods out of the blue. Apparently, his fiancee Lieselotte is a mean “tsun de rais” destined to meet her demise…and her sharp tongue is just a way to disguise her embarrassment. The prince struggles to contain himself after discovering Lieselotte’s adorable hidden face. He does not know it, the celestial beings who transmitted this knowledge to him are in fact high school students! Can he use their divine prophecy (let’s play commentary) to save his bride and avoid a bad end? !
