Ahead of its launch in the coming weeks, PlayStation and developer Insomniac Games have revealed more information about the PC port of Marvel’s Spiderman. Not only have the required and recommended PC specs for the game now been revealed, but Insomniac has also released a new trailer today which gives us an in-depth look at the new iteration of Spider Man in action.
Generally speaking, this new port of Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered (which is the PS5 version of the game) will allow ray tracing while supporting both Nvidia DLSS and DLAA. The game will also support a wide range of monitor sizes and even allow players to use multi-monitor setups if they so choose. Finally, the PC version will also be compatible with PS5 DualSense controllers which will also support haptic feedback and adaptive triggers.

Regarding the specifications of Marvel’s Spiderman on PC, Insomniac recommends users have a GPU equal to an Nvidia GTX 1060, 16GB of RAM, and a processor comparable to an i5-44670. For those looking to squeeze a little more out of the game, well, you’ll need to have a more robust PC rig. To play Marvel’s Spiderman for anything considered “very high” and above, users will need an Nvidia RTX 30-series GPU, 16GB of RAM, and an i5-11400 CPU. Those with high-end computers that are maxed out will also be able to play Spider Man at 60fps with 4K resolution.
If you haven’t already circled the game’s launch date on your calendar, Marvel’s Spiderman will be released on PC next month on August 12 for Steam and the Epic Games Store. The tracking entry, Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Moralesshould also arrive on PC at an undetermined date before the end of the year.
