IPOH: The investigation document of the trailer driver who was arrested for investigation into the fiery crash that claimed the lives of five students on the northbound North-South Expressway in Kuala Kangsar last Wednesday (May 11 ), will be handed over to the Public Deputy Prosecutor this Tuesday (May 17).

Kuala Kangsar Police Chief ACP Omar Bakhtiar Yaacob said police were finalizing the investigation document, implicating the 28-year-old trailer driver.

“The investigation file will be handed over to the deputy attorney general on Tuesday morning and if there is no problem, we will file a complaint in court in the afternoon,” he told Bernama, contacted here Saturday May 14th.
