William Jackson Harper stars as Noah, a teacher who feels happy in his marriage. Harper is best known for playing Chidi Anagonye in The Good Place, Mike Schur’s philosophical afterlife comedy, but you might also know him from the romantic comedy Love Life, Charlie Brooker’s satire Death to 2021 , Barry Jenkins’ adaptation of The Underground Railroad, and the movie Midsommar.

Cristin Millioti stars as Emma, ​​a teacher who feels like her marriage is stalling.
