The first half of the final season of “Ozark” will arrive on Netflix on January 21, and the first full trailer has finally arrived.
At the end of Season 3 of “Ozark”, Marty and Wendy Byrde were shocked upon arriving in Mexico when cartel baron Omar Navarro kissed them after killing Helen Pierce with a bullet to the head. In the new trailer, it looks like Marty and Wendy are being celebrated by the cartel that they’ve been helping launder money for several years while trying to protect their family at the same time.
The trailer reveals that Omar is seeking to withdraw from the cartel and that he hopes to strike a deal with the FBI that will allow him to cross safely to the United States, which by extension will then allow Marty and Wendy to escape from under his thumb.
Of course, Marty and Wendy also have issues to deal with at home after learning that Ruth Langmore has teamed up with her cousin Wyatt to help Darlene Snell begin to rebuild her heroine empire that was previously reduced to ashes. by her husband as part of a deal with the cartel.
